Creamy Mango& Coconut Ice Lollies
What you need:
- ¾ cup double cream yoghurt
- 5 cups Sir Fruit Mango Juice
- ¾ cup coconut cream (or milk)
- 3 tsp grated coconut
What to do:
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Pour mixture into lolly moulds.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours.
- Go find a pool and enjoy!
