Creamy Mango& Coconut Ice Lollies

What you need:

  • ¾ cup double cream yoghurt
  • 5 cups Sir Fruit Mango Juice
  • ¾ cup coconut cream (or milk)
  • 3 tsp grated coconut

What to do:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Pour mixture into lolly moulds.
  3. Freeze for 4-6 hours.
  4. Go find a pool and enjoy!
