Permanently tensed, my shoulders, my jaw and biting on my teeth. Antidepressants, calming pills and sleeping pills don't work. At first I thought what's the chance that it will work, walk passed it, went back, took it after I had my night time tea. It wasn't even 15min and I was so calm and relaxed and I slept right through the night and didn't even felt tired when waking up the next morning. It's a must!!!
