Apple and mint The crispest couple.

Welcome to our Brewed Iced Tea Fruit Blend. As with any introduction to this refreshing beverage, we must, of course, head 11000km north as the Blue Crane flies – and doff our conical bamboo hats to the Chinese. They were the first to brew tea in around 200 BC. Thank you, Emperor Jing of Han. Good job with inventing ice-cream, too. Although that might actually have been Emperor Tang of Shang. (We always get our dynasties mixed up – although it’s a sad day when you can’t tell your Shang from your elbow.) Anyway. For our blend, we’ve imported some actual Green Tea from China, and then combined it with Rooibos from the Western Cape, china. Finally, to the accompaniment of loud bonging from a copper gong, we deliciously infuse some mint and apple. (Both of which beautifully enhance the green palette we’re going for here.) Time for tea. Or as any Chinese emperor would have it, 茶.

  • A creation of pure crispness
  • Goes by Mapple, but only to its friends
