Here's the juice...
We cannot consider the apple without discussing Sir Isaac Newton. So let us turn to his famous monograph, Philosophiae Naturalis Principia Mathematica. (Come on now, try to stay with us.) This is one of the most important scientific books in history, after all, in which the great man outlines his theory of gravity. It’s debatable as to whether or not one actually hit him on the head, but the point is that the humble apple was certainly Newton’s inspiration. We admit to finding apples very exciting, too. But we have a slightly less scientific use for them than working out The Three Laws of Motion. We simply select the best examples of this fabulous fruit, press them and add a dash of water. In our opinion it’s the crispest, cloudiest, most refreshing stuff on the planet, (or any other planet, whatever it’s gravitational pull). Here’s to the fruit!
